What’s the difference between a calendar, variation and inventory (units)?

Calendar – a place where you manage your rental items, including their availability, basic prices, and inventory. Each calendar has its own booking type (hourly, daily, nightly) and settings.

  • Variation = Rental Type.
  • Inventory = Number of Units per Rental Type.
  • Use ‘Add Variation’ to add rental types, then add units for each.
  • Rearrange variations for a cleaner workflow.

How to specify check-in and check-out time (the next day) for guests using nightly bookings calendar?

You can use text-based form fields to display this data in the booking form.

How to customize currency for different forms?

By default, the global currency set in Calendars → Settings applies to all calendars and forms.

To set a different currency for a specific form:

  • Go to Forms and select your form.
  • Click Form Settings.
  • Set the Currency for that form.

This currency will override the global currency for bookings made with that form.

How to customize prices for rental items?

For basic prices, go to the Calendar > find Price in the Variation table > Add your prices and save the changes.

For flexible prices, use the price adjustment form fields.
