What’s the difference between a calendar, variation and inventory (units)?

Calendar – a place where you manage bookings for your rental items. Each calendar has its own booking type (hourly, daily, nightly) and settings.

  • Variation = Rental Type.
  • Inventory = Number of Units per Rental Type.
  • Use Add Variation to add rental types, then add units for each.
  • Rearrange variations for a cleaner workflow.

How to specify check-in and check-out time (the next day) for guests using nightly bookings calendar?

You can use text-based form fields to display this data in the booking form.

How to customize currency for different forms?

By default, the global currency set in Calendars → Settings applies to all calendars and forms.

To set a different currency for a specific form:

  • Go to Forms and select your form.
  • Click Form Settings.
  • Set the Currency for that form.

This currency will override the global currency for bookings made with that form.
