      Please check your booking rules you have configured at Booking > Booking Rules. You may also check the days of the Seasons and make sure Saturday and Sunday are selected and whether this season is used in the rate.

    Synchronization with airbnb and Booking calendars does not work. I click on “Synchronize all external calendars” but the bookings I see on both sites do not import into my calendar on wordpress.

    1. Make sure the cron is not disabled for your WordPress installation. We recommend submitting a request to get this sorted out.

  2. How do you change your password?
    This system doesn’t seem to log you off automatically for some unknown reason, i’ve never even had to put my long password in when i purchased this bit of software any replies please

    1. Hi Tony, you may navigate to the top right-hand corner of the screen to find Profile settings where you may change the password for your account. Let us know if you still have questions about your account details.

  3. Not sure if this is the right place to ask but here it is. In Admin Emails tab, is there a way to specify Reply-To field in the emails. Can we somehow inject Reply-To field into the admin email template.? Once the admin receives booking email, he can’t reply to the customer even though we have collected %customer_email%

    I tried to edit some code in abstract-email.php file to add additional field in the admin email template but my site displays critical error. Thanks

    1. Hi, At the moment there is no possibility to add the email of the customer as ‘Reply To:’ You may copy the email of the customer from the email body and use it to send a message to this guest. Most of the email clients create a new message by click on the email address in the body of the email.

    Pre purchase question:

    Is it possible within Hotel Booking or via an additional plugin to update individual property availability via an API and XML feeds?

    I am looking to create a website which has properties from multiple suppliers, and would like to keep their availability up to date. But some only have an XML feed and some use REST APIs.

    1. Hello Martyn! Unfortunately, currently the Hotel Booking plugin does not support Rest API and the only way to update availability is via iCal synchronization. We do have such a feature request and I have added your up-vote to it as well. If there are more similar requests from other users, we may consider implementing such functionality

    Is it possible to have an intermediate step after booking is made, where by an admin approves or rejects the bookings instead of directly going on payment page?
    Also on a list page, there should be an option of checking out a guest and add payment details only at check out time not at reservation time?

    1. Hello Malih! You may use “By admin manually” confirmation mode, which allows your guests to place a booking and wait for an administrator’s approval. The administrator will get the notification to his e-mail with the new booking and be able to either approve or reject it. If you want your guests to be able to pay after the booking is approved, you will need to use our great Payment Request add-on, which allows such possibility

  6. Hi, i want to purchase MotoPress booking plugin, but before that i wanted to know:
    1. Do i have to add new pages or posts to add short codes for Search Availability and Search results?
    2. Add New booking is available only in premium version?
    3. I don’t want users to reserve booking, i want an individual to reserve booking for guests, is it possible through your booking plugin?
    I also have more queries before i buy this plugin, which i liked very much 🙂

      1. All the system pages are can be installed automatically after the plugin activation. In order to have an availability search form displayed, you will need to use either shortcodes or widgets or blocks/modules in page builders.
      2. Yes, adding and editing existing bookings is available in the premium version of the Hotel Booking plugin only
      3. Yes, it is possible in case you have a single person to add bookings for all the guests. Otherwise, if you have several administrators, who can add bookings, they will all have access to all the bookings as there is no multi-vendor functionality in the plugin
