    1. The translation of system fields is performed automatically, so you can be sure notifications/emails are translated
    2. You should make a testing booking in the language you would like to check in order to receive notification/email in translated language.

    Unfortunately, there is no such option offered in either of the mentioned plugins. The deposit can be paid only during checkout when the “Confirmation upon payment” option is enabled, otherwise your guests will be able to pay the full amount only.
    We do have such a feature request for the Payment Request add-on and I have added your up-vote to it as well. In case there are more requests from other users, we might consider implementing this option in one of the plugin future updates.

    This often happens when there is a caching enabled on your website.
    Try disabling caching on pages with the availability search forms in your cache plugin settings.

    Hello Carl,

    Unfortunately, there is no such option in the Hotel Booking plugin at the moment, the information you have mentioned can be checked in the back-end calendar only.
    We will take your suggestion into consideration though and in case there are more similar requests from other users, we might consider adding this option in one of the plugin future updates.

    Unfortunately, I was unable to replicate the issue locally, when using Business PayPal account it does not require guests to have a PayPal account, they can pay with a credit card without having to log in.
    I would recommend that you contact PayPal regarding this matter, they should be able to assist.

    Make sure you are using valid keys for Stripe and Braintree (sandbox keys in your case), as sometimes you might want to use live keys in the sandbox mode. Also make sure there are no other payment gateways which are not set up enabled in your settings. If the issue persists, submit a request to our Help Desk providing temporary access to WordPress dashboard, so we take a closer look at the issue.

    We have had several updates since the issue arose, however, they have not completely resolved the issue indeed. Since Hotel Booking v. 3.9.3 release at the end of January the issue has been fixed.

    I believe there is no option to get back to the booking confirmation page once you left it. You will need to check availability once again and proceed to checkout after that.

    I would recommend to set the “Automatically delete sync logs older than” option to the minimum possible interval (Day) – this will prevent database from being overloaded with sync logs.
