This can be easily achieved via Bookings ->Booking Rules ->Block accommodations option: https://prnt.sc/11snl4v.

ModeratorHello Craig,
Basically, it is possible to sync Hotel Booking and Booking.com calendars using directions from this article.
However, as far as I know Booking.com does allow synchronization of properties with a single item assigned to it only, which means if you have more than one item under some property, the option to import/export will not be available for such property. I would recommend that you also contact Booking.com team to get more information regarding this matter.Regards,

ModeratorHello there,
The issue was resolved in the latest Notifier plugin updates: v. 1.0.1, Oct 15 2020 and v. 1.0.2, Oct 27 2020.
I would recommend that you submit a request to our Help Desk providing your website URL and temporary access to WordPress dashboard, so we take a closer look at your issue.Regards,

ModeratorHello Brent,
1. By default, when creating an accommodation type, 1 accommodation is automatically generated along with it, as there is no sense to have an accommodation type without accommodations assigned to it: https://prnt.sc/11skphw.
2. Unfortunately, we do not have a developer documentation for the Hotel Booking plugin, however, we do have such a feature request and are currently collecting a feedback from our users regarding this matter. I have added your up-vote to the feature request as well and in case there are more requests from other users, we might consider creating documentation for developers.
3. Currently there is no other option to import data to the Hotel Booking plugin, but via .XML file. Please note that there is an option to duplicate rates, so you will be able to create a new season and then duplicate your rates and change the season they are applied to and the price (if needed) inside of the duplicated rates: https://prnt.sc/11slfn0.
I am following your concerns and indeed some effort is required in case you have a structure with large number of accommodation types/accommodations with different rates. I am afraid for now the only way to set up the plugin is by doing so manually via available plugin options.
We will take your suggestions into consideration for future plugin updates though, thank you for your feedback.

ModeratorHello Fenton,
I assume you are trying to include several ID’s in the [mphb_availability_calendar] shortcode, which will not work, as only one ID is accepted in the shortcode. If you would like to have several accommodation type calendars displayed on the same page, you will need to add a shortcode for each of them.

ModeratorHello Patricia,
You may hide it via CSS, simply add the following code under Appearance ->Customize ->Additional CSS:
.mphb-rooms-quantity-wrapper.mphb-rooms-quantity-multiple { display: none; }Regards,

ModeratorHello Mark,
Dates can be selected in the booking form only, not in the availability calendar. The availability calendar is used to let your guests know which dates are available and which are not.
We do have a feature request to allow booking process directly in the availability calendar and I have added your up-vote to it as well. In case there are more requests from other users, we might consider implementing this option in one of the plugin future updates.Regards,
AndreApril 20, 2021 at 12:22 am in reply to: Is it possible to charge the deposit only if the full order price meets a minimum? #1108514Andre Flores
ModeratorHello Felipe,
Unfortunately, there is no such option in the plugin, if you set the deposit to be charged it will be charged for all the bookings made on your website regardless of the total order price.
We will take your suggestion into consideration though for future reference, thank you for that.Regards,

ModeratorHello Valerio,
It looks like a conflict with one of the additional plugins/scripts you are using on your website, as when the Developer’s Tool console is opened in the browser (F12) navigation arrows start working. I would recommend deactivating additional plugins you have got and then activating them one-by-one to find out which one exactly causes the issue.

ModeratorHello there,
Unfortunately, there is no option to allow your guests ordering services separately on the website, they can be added along with the booking only.
As an option your guests may request adding some services to their stay directly from the admin/manager, and then you will use Edit Booking functionality in the WordPress dashboard and add extra service to existing booking.Regards,
AndreApril 19, 2021 at 2:04 am in reply to: Payment request after booking paid (to add extra payment for services) #1107684Andre Flores
ModeratorHello there,
First of all, it should be mentioned that the Payment Request add-on is used to either request the balance due once the deposit was paid or the full booking amount in case the booking was confirmed manually by the admin.
If your guests would like to order additional services after the booking was totally paid, you may add them manually via dashboard using Edit Booking functionality. Once you edited the booking and added extra services, you will be able to send out the payment request link to your guests, so they could pay the balance due. The shortcode should not be included on the booking confirmation page, it should be added to a separate page, which will then be selected next to “Payment Request Page” option under Accommodation ->Settings ->Extensions ->Payment Request: https://prnt.sc/11p1gb1. This will allow your guests to proceed with the balance due payment: https://prnt.sc/11p1ikx.Regards,

ModeratorHello Fenton,
Are your rv sites added as accommodation types or accommodations? It should be mentioned that only accommodation type ID’s can be used in the shortcode, not the accommodation ones.
Also, the calendar might be not displayed because of missing or improperly configured rates, make sure rates are set up properly for your rv sites.Regards,
