Extra Services during customer stay

Hello All,

How can we allow customers to add extra services and pay for them via portal during their stay?

I think it is missing an option on the service section where we could define
– to be always available after booking (So customer could purchase it during stay)
– If it is compulsory for each booking (It will come discriminated during checkout customer would not be able to select)
– define if it is a fee or damage payment

Hello there,

Unfortunately, there is no option to allow your guests ordering services separately on the website, they can be added along with the booking only.
As an option your guests may request adding some services to their stay directly from the admin/manager, and then you will use Edit Booking functionality in the WordPress dashboard and add extra service to existing booking.

Sorry to resurrect this post but is this now available at all or is there another Motopress product that will do this without having to go into the orders as an admin and add services from there?

Hi Darryl, At the moment, the services can be added while placing a reservation. Unfortunately, the services can not be ordered after the reservation is placed. The guest may contact the administrator to edit the reservation and add the specific services.
