Hello Maurice,

In case of using offline payment methods bookings should be confirmed automatically. Once they are, they can not be abandoned regardless of whether the payment was done or not, as the plugin does not receive information about the payment itself while using offline payment methods.
Kindly specify the issue you are facing in more details.

I have checked your dashboard and it looks like the mphb_cron_ical_auto_synchronization event is already there and runs properly. You should insert your OTAs export links to corresponding accommodations under Bookings ->Sync Calendars tab and synchronization should work properly after that.

You may override the Search Results page layout by copying files from /wp-content/plugins/motopress-hotel-booking/templates/shortcodes/search-results/ to /wp-content/themes/your-theme/hotel-booking/shortcodes/search-results/ directory and performing necessary changes to them.

Hello Shaun,

You should make sure to activate the license key for the WooCommerce Payments plugin. Navigate to Accommodation ->Settings ->Payment Gateways ->WooCommerce and scroll down all the way to the bottom to find the License Key field – this is where the license key must be inserted. You may find the plugin license key in your personal MotoPress account.

You may try adding those packages as separate accommodation types and assign them to separate category, so your guests could search for accommodations and for packages separately if needed.

I would recommend that you install WP Crontrol plugin and check whether there are any issues with the cron job on your server under Tools ->Cron Events. If there are no warnings/errors there, check whether you have the mphb_cron_request_payments event scheduled in the list of events.
If there is still no luck in defining what cases the issue, submit a request to our Help Desk providing temporary access to WordPress dashboard, so we take a closer look at it.
