ModeratorHello Noel,
Taking into account that guests may check-in any day of the week, such configuration is not possible, as the first rule in the rules list will have the highest priority.
The only way to achieve a similar configuration is creating three different seasons applied to different days of the week, and then configuring min-stay/max-stay booking rules for corresponding seasons.
You may find an example of how it should be configured in this article.Regards,

ModeratorHello Nicholas,
Thank you for sharing this information, it is much appreciated.
Our developers are currently working on possible fixes for issues, related to unexpected behavior during checkout process, e.g. when the page is refreshed, freezes etc.
We expect to have the Hotel Booking plugin update with possible bug fixes released shortly.Regards,

ModeratorHello Daniel,
The warning means that there is an existing booking/accommodation block in your calendar, which partially blocks dates from 2021-08-02 to 2021-08-18.
Navigate to Bookings ->Calendar and make sure dates are fully free to book, otherwise you will not be able to import booking with dates overlapping an existing booking.Regards,

ModeratorHello there,
I was unable to replicate the issue locally, notifications always arrive to the inbox regardless of how many days before check-in they should be sent. I would recommend installing WP Crontrol plugin and checking whether notifications are scheduled to be sent automatically.
If there is no luck with the issue, kindly submit a request to our Help Desk providing temporary access to your WordPress dashboard, so we take a closer look at the issue on your website.Regards,

ModeratorHello Eric,
Unfortunately, there is no option to request/collect additional data depending on the booked accommodation type. If you add more fields to the Checkout page, they will be available regardless of what accommodation type is being booked.
As a workaround you may add a note to your guests to fill in certain fields on Checkout only in case they book specific accommodation.Regards,

ModeratorHello there,
Unfortunately, there is no option to make booking ID’s matching payment ID’s. Both “Bookings” and “Payments” appear to be custom post types, which means their ID’s are generated automatically by WordPress and there is no option to change them. There are no instances in WordPress with identical ID’s – this is how WordPress functions by default.
