    1. The direct booking option is not adapted for the total capacity parameter yet. We will do our best to adjust it in one of the next updates. We will update this topic once we have any news.

    2. The selection of the adults and children is cleared on the booking confirmation page for the guest to make a conscious choice. We also have this request in our list of features. We will notify you when we have any news on this.

    Currently, there is no option to set a default/start month for the availability calendar or availability form in the Hotel Booking plugin. I’ve added such a request to our list of features. We will notify you if we have any news.
    Meanwhile, you may add some kind of notice explaining that check-in starts in June.

    Hi Ryan,

    It depends on the booking platform that imports bookings. Some booking platforms are used to remove the previously imported bookings automatically if it is not available in the ical file during the next import session. However, some platforms ignore it and so we recommend that you check all the platforms to remove or update the imported bookings if it have been canceled or edited on the original resource.
    As for the Hotel Booking plugin, it removes the imported bookings that have been canceled/removed on the external booking platform.

    It looks like it depends on the email client/provider. I’ve tested it with Gmail and the link was active (clickable). Could you please specify what email provider you tested it with? You may try to test it by sending notifications to other email addresses.

    Hi Folio,

    Thanks for your question. The shortcode [mphb_rates] can be used to show the rate(s) of the specific accommodation type. It is not used to show the season’s prices at a specific rate. It can be used when you added 2 or more rates to the same accommodation types like Refundable and Non-Refundable, with Breakfast included and without Breakfast, etc.

    Actually, it is possible to add as many forms with different IDs as you need and they should work independently. For example, you may use the shortcodes
    [mphb_availability id=”333″ class=”hebergement6632″]
    [mphb_availability id=”777″ class=”hebergement6632″]
    [mphb_availability id=”999″ class=”hebergement6632″]
    etc….
    Each shortcode should display the form and availability of the specific accommodation type.

    Hi Gordon,

    BookingCom allows the hosts to import and export bookings in ical format with the requirements described in Eligibility criteria.
    There are no limitations on the side of the Hotel Booking plugin. Each accommodation has a unique calendar and ical URL to export bookings from your website.

    Hi,

    Every WordPress post of any post type has its unique ID and this fact does not depend on the Hotel Booking plugin, but on WordPress in general. Since any post, page, accommodation, payment, or booking is a post in the database, there is a unique sequential ID applied among all these post types. So, booking IDs can not be sequential and they cannot be edited for now.
    We have such a request in our list of features so I’ve added your upvote to this task. We will notify you if we have any news.

    Hi Ania,
    Please be informed that the gallery of the single accommodation type module leads to the default accommodation type page, well, by default. There’s no functionality to either disable this link or change it, unfortunately. So in this case, I may only suggest you either use some other gallery module for accommodation-type galleries (images should be selected manually) or apply a custom CSS code to disable the link. As for the lightbox, I would like to inform you that the option you’re referring to is only meant to enable the lightbox on the default accommodation-type pages.
