By default, there is a Stripe credit card field embedded on the checkout page. There is no option to modify this.
It is possible to integrate the WooCommerce checkout page with WooCommerce payment gateways to the booking flow by using the HB WooCommerce Payments addon https://motopress.com/products/hotel-booking-woocommerce-payments/
So if you know some woocommerce add-on that works the way you need you may enable it and use our HB WooCommerce Payments add-on to integrate it into the booking process.

Thanks for your comments. In order to have ical sync at your booking.com you need to disable the usage of Channel Manager and have up to 20 properties with 1 unit per each property.
