    Thanks for your question. Perhaps there are too many booking rules and you need to contact your hosting provider asking them to increase the value of the max_input_vars parameter.

    There is no option to add a cancelation link to the account page of the customers. We may add such a request to our list of features if you could explain it in more detail. Do you mean the cancelation link should be available for future bookings only?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your question. When you navigate to Accommodation > Settings > Payment Gateways > Direct Back Transfer you may set up Payment Instructions Email Template. This email template is sent to a customer after the booking is placed. When you add a payment for this booking and change the status to Confirmed then there is sent the mail template from Accommodation > Settings > Customer Emails – Approved Booking Email. Email that will be sent to the customer when the booking is approved.

    It is possible to change the texts of the Hotel Booking plugin by editing its translations. You may use the Loco Translate plugin to be able to edit translations right on the dashboard of your site.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, there is no such option in the plugin anymore. This feature was heavily requested by MotoPress users, so we’ve implemented it in the plugin. So far the only option to revert it is to use the previous Hotel Booking version.

    Hi Darryl,

    Thanks for contacting us. The booking rules depend on the check-in date. Since the check-in date is a part of the season where any day can be selected as a check-out it populates on another season.
    If you wish to disable the check-out from July 8 then you may navigate to Bookings > Booking Rules and add a Block Accommodation rule that does not allow Check-Out from July 9 to July 14. You may also add the same rule for the dates from July 16 to July 21 if there is no maximum stay rule enabled.
