    Hi,

    Literally, the booking is not confirmed yet because you did not get a payment from the customer. There is always a risk of double booking when the payment is delayed. You should rather use online payment gateways like PayPal or Stripe with immediate payments.

    You may create different seasons for weekdays and weekends and use them in the rate. You may also add variable prices for 2 nights for the weekend and define specific days for check-in and check-out.

    Thanks for your question. The error message says that something is wrong with insert-php-code-snippet plugin. Please check the custom codes that you have added by using the plugin and try to disable them one by one to find the one that causes an issue.

    Thanks for your question.

    1. I was not able to replicate the issue locally. Could you please specify what OS and browser you have used to make a reservation without filling in the required field?

    2. When a new booking is placed by the customer, there are created User (WordPress User) and Customer (Bookings > Customers). The user and customer are linked to each other so the history of bookings is available by default. When the booking was added using the email of an existing user, there is created a customer and you need to edit it to indicate the related ID of the user to link them.
    So you may check if there is a user and a customer with the same email and edit the customer to add the ID of the user to link them.

    Thanks for your question. We have such a request to ignore minimum stay rules for short stays between the bookings. I’ve added your upvote to this task and we will notify you when we have any news.
    Meanwhile, you may ask the guests to contact you to add bookings for the single dates between the bookings or add separate seasons for those nights. However, it is not required to add a booking rule of a 1-night minimum stay for those seasons. You just need to add those separate seasons to your rates placing them over other season prices to set the highest priority.

    Thanks for your question. There are added bookings with confirmed status to the ical file. You may use the online payment gateways or Test Payment gateway to confirm the booking immediately.

    Hi Giulia,

    Make sure the weekend season includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday days. Then add a booking rule of 2 nights minimum stay for this season.
    The order season should include Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. You may not add a booking rule for the business day since a 1-night minimum stay is a default value.
