Bookings recreated after confirmation

    We have had a very strange thing happening. We change the status of the booking from pending payment to confirmed and after that it sometimes happens that this booking is deleted (not visible under any status) and recreated in the ‘Pending admin’ status. The customer receives multiple emails with new booking ID’s before this booking is also send to the admin mail (Pending admin mail).
    We are worried that this at some point will lead to double bookings and since we had such a situation recently, we suspect that this was due to this issue.
    PS: my wife doesn’t register the payment itself via the Create payment option and just updates the booking to confirmed.
    PPS: In the new booking we see the following text in the history of the booking (translated from Ukrainian), so can be a shitty translation.
    “Letter about new reservation (Confirmed by admin)” letter sent to the client.

    Hi Harm,

    Thanks for your question. Make sure there are the latest versions of WordPress and the Hotel Booking plugin installed on your site.
    If this does not help I recommend that you contact our support team and describe the exact steps to replicate the issue. The screenshots and examples are appreciated.
