    Hi Bjarke,

    Thanks for your question. I’m sorry the notifications are sent for imported bookings without added email addresses indeed. You may also navigate to Accommodation > Settings > Extensions > Notifier and make sure the option to send notification for imported bookings are not disabled.

    Hi Floris,

    Thanks for your feedback. As for the feature you have asked about so you may navigate to Accommodation > Settings > and find a new option Default calendar view. You may select Month/Quarter/Year/Custom options. This option is for the back-end calendar.

    Hi Ania,

    Thanks for your question. It is possible to change the texts of the plugin (including the labels of the fields) by editing translations of the plugin. You may use the Loco Translate plugin to change the translations of those labels right on your dashboard.

    Hu Ania, by default the featured image is not linked on a single accommodation type page. I may need to check such a page on your site to guide you further.
    Note: it is possible to build a custom layout for an accommodation type page by following the steps from this post https://motopress.com/blog/hotel-booking-styles-addon-single-accommodations/

    Thanks for your reply. Could you please describe the booking flow on your site? Is there a confirmation mode by online payments with deposit payment enabled or do you approve booking manually by sending the payment link with a payment request addon? Please clarify what you mean by unpaid reservation – when an online payment was not finished or if the customer did not pay via bank transfer or so? Please try to describe your situation as detailed as it is possible to help us understand what exactly you wish to achieve.

    Since there is no email indicated in the imported booking the notification can not be sent. You need to edit imported bookings adding an email address, and other needed information for the notifications to be sent for such bookings.

    Thanks for your question. At the moment, there is no possibility to create such type of group services by using the Appointment Booking plugin. However, you may enable the option for 1 guest to book service for several persons.     As far as I can see you have added a class to hide the labels of the fields. You may remove that class to show the label for each field of the form.

    Hi Andy,

    You may enable the Stripe payment gateway to let the customer pay with a card to confirm the reservation.
    If you need an offline payment gateway to save credit card information so there is no such payment gateway available by default. You may check if there is such a payment gateway available for WooCommerce and then integrate it into the Hotel Booking plugin by means of our addon https://motopress.com/products/hotel-booking-woocommerce-payments/
