    Hi Tarek,

    Thanks for your question. I’ve checked the form on the home page with a screen width similar to a mobile device and the button is centered https://prnt.sc/14gmgmMeagFc Could you please clarify your request by providing the URL of the page, screenshots, etc?

    best regards,

    in reply to: Adding an email to “pending payment” status #1429285

    Hi Dragan,

    Thanks for your question. The Payment Request email can be sent for the Bookings with Confirmed status only. There is no possibility to send an email with a payment request URL for booking with Payment Pending Status by default.

    best regards,

    in reply to: Divi – availability search style #1427824

    Hi Tarek,

    Thanks for your reply. Please replace the previous style with the one below:

    .mphb_sc_booking_form-wrapper.mphbs-fluid-button .mphb-reserve-btn-wrapper .button, .button.mphb-button.mphb-confirm-reservation {
      width: 70%;
      margin: auto !important;
    }

    best regards,
    John Davis

    Hi Aaron,

    I’ve checked your page and it looks like there is a common search form [mphb_availability_search] is added. However, each calendar requires an availability form [mphb_availability id=”777″] to become clickable. You need to add an availability form under the calendar of the same property to make the calendar clickable.
    Additionally, navigate to Accommodation > Settings and activate the Skip Search Results option. It should work when this option is activated.

    Hi Danny,

    Thanks for contacting us. It looks like there is a Divi Integration addon disabled on your site at the moment. Could you please submit a request to our support team so we will be able to log in, activate the addon and test it on your site?
    By the way, here is a style to adjust the calendar:

    .datepick.datepick-multi.mphb-datepicker-turquoise td {
      padding:0 !important;
    }

    best regards,

    Hi Thomas,

    Thanks for your question. It is possible to set add a placeholder and set a particular pattern for any field by using the Checkout Fields Editor addon https://motopress.com/products/hotel-booking-checkout-fields/
    You may check the documentation https://motopress.com/document/hotel-booking-checkout-fields/

    Hi Tarek,

    Thanks for your reply. As far as I can see the form looks exactly like you want on the Home page.
    As for another page, so you may try to apply the style below:

    .mphb_sc_booking_form-wrapper.mphbs-fluid-button .mphb-reserve-btn-wrapper .button {
      max-width:70%;
      margin:auto;
    }

    best regards,
    John Davis

    Hi Adrian,

    Thanks for your feedback and for our question. In order to make the calendar clickable you need to add [mphb_availability id=”777″] (Booking Form block) and [mphb_availability_calendar id=”777″] (Availability Calendar block) on the page.

    best regards,
    John Davis

    It is possible to enable variable pricing per any custom length of stay. You may refer to this article to learn how it works https://motopress.com/document/hotel-booking-weekly-monthly-rates/

    in reply to: How to add a booking form for specific room #1426343

    Hi Cristian,

    You need to navigate to Accommodation > Settings and activate the option Skip Search Results if you wish to let the guests check the availability of a specific accommodation type without seeing other available properties.

    best regards,
