Adding an email to “pending payment” status

Is there a way to add an automated email when the admin selects “pending payment” to be sent out to the customer requesting payment?
I added notifier and payment request addons but neither does that.

Hi Dragan,

Thanks for your question. The Payment Request email can be sent for the Bookings with Confirmed status only. There is no possibility to send an email with a payment request URL for booking with Payment Pending Status by default.
