Are you referring to sticky availability search form on accommodation type pages? It will not be displayed until you set up seasons and rates for corresponding accommodation type. Make sure to follow directions from this article to set up your accommodation types properly.
As for editing accommodation type pages, they appear to be system pages, feel free to check out how to manage their layout in this article.Regards,

Text strings should be translated in the plugin language files. I would recommend using Loco Translate to change desired text in the plugin. Check this article with an example of how to do that.

We have not received the support request from Ondrej, as far as I know. First of all, you should make sure the website is not in the maintenance mode, there are no firewalls on the server blocking external requests and your API key is set to Read/Write permissions. If the issue persists, provide me with temporary access to your WordPress dashboard in a private reply, so I take a closer look at it.

Try to re-run automatic synchronization cron by setting synchronization time using “Clock” option under Accommodation ->Settings. Once it is done, the cron event should appear in the list of events.

There is no option to charge the remaining balance due automatically in the plugin by default. The issue is the Hotel Booking does not keep credit card details in its system, so there is no way to charge guests automatically.
This might be achieved by means of our WooCommerce Payments add-on + some additional plugins, e.g. WooCommerce Offline Credit Card Payment Method or Offline Credit Card Processing for WooCommerce. Some of Hotel Booking users were able to set up aforementioned plugins to keep credit card details and be able to charge guests using them.Regards,

We keep collecting feedback from our users, however it does not guarantee that the feature will be indeed implemented to the plugin. You may add cleaning as a Fee, so it is obligatory while booking a stay. Adding cleaning as a Fee is quite flexible, as you may charge it per accommodation/per day or make it a one-off fee by setting the “Limit” option to 1 day.

The fact that synchronization works when you manually sync your calendars means that the iCal link is valid and accepted by Booking.com. I would recommend that you contact Booking.com support team, so they check this matter at their end, as the Hotel Booking does not force its calendars to be imported to external calendars automatically, it just makes sure that the iCal file is updated instantly with valid data. The Booking.com system is the one that fetches the data from the Hotel Booking iCal file.
