Hello Hendrik,
You may add cleaning as a Fee, so it is obligatory while booking a stay. Adding cleaning as a Fee is quite flexible, as you may charge it per accommodation/per day or make it a one-off fee by setting the “Limit” option to 1 day.

There are no updates regarding this request at the moment. We keep collecting feedback from MotoPress users and have this tagged as a feature request, however, our developers have not selected this feature for development as of yet.
If there are any updates regarding this matter, we will immediately let you know.Regards,
AndreAndre FloresModeratorHello Antoine,
The fact that synchronization works when you manually sync your calendars means that the iCal link is valid and accepted by Booking.com. I would recommend that you contact Booking.com support team, so they check this matter at their end, as the Hotel Booking does not force its calendars to be imported to external calendars automatically, it just makes sure that the iCal file is updated instantly with valid data. The Booking.com system is the one that fetches the data from the Hotel Booking iCal file.

In this case you may try translating “Close” text via Loco Translate plugin. You will need to edit the string within Stratum Mega Menu plugin itself: https://prnt.sc/dH7387gY_hkl.

Try to perform steps from this reply. Also I was unable to check your website due to “The requested URL could not be retrieved” error.

AndreAndre FloresModeratorHi István,
This is how manually adding bookings functions at the moment. We do have such feature request and I have added your up-vote to it. In case there are more requests from other users, we might consider implementing such a possibility in future.
Meanwhile, you may create booking using your own or dummy email, e.g. [email protected]. Once the booking is created, you may change the booking status to Pending, change the email address to the guest’s one and then switch the status to Confirmed to send out all the required notifications.Regards,
AndreAndre FloresModeratorHi Nathaniel,
The best way to do that automatically would be using our Notifier add-on, which allows sending out automatic emails with nay desired information to your guests. You may attach a link to the contract to one of such emails, so your guests sign it up and send back to you.

AndreAndre FloresModeratorHi everyone,
I am delighted to let you know that we have released the Checkout Fields add-on update v. 1.0.5 with the possibility to allow files uploading. Please note that the add-on requires the Hotel Booking v. 4.3.0. Feel free to update both plugins to the latest versions to allow your guests to upload files during checkout.
Best regards,
Andre FloresAndre FloresModeratorHello Ash,
Unfortunately, there is no option to change rates on-the-fly when adding bookings manually. However, you may create a coupon and apply it to such bookings, so the price is reduced and your guests receive emails with valid price right away.

AndreAndre FloresModeratorHello Sonny,
You may use booing rules for this purpose. Under Bookings ->Booking Rules make sure to set the check-in and check-out days to Saturday. If you would like to restrict the maximum stay as well, set the max-stay option to 7 nights, so your guests could only book a cruise for 1 specific week.
The above configuration will allow your guests to book any desired week per their preference.Regards,
AndreAndre FloresModeratorHello Eric,
By default if there are no rooms with searched capacity available, the plugin shows all other available rooms in case your guests decide to book them. For example, there is no room for 5 guests, but there are two rooms for 3 guests and 2 guests respectively – in this case your guests might want to book two rooms.
If you would like search results to work strictly by the number of guests selected, you may use the workaround from the following article: https://support.motopress.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039318152-Why-Search-Results-page-displays-all-accommodation-types-no-matter-what-capacity-is-selected-.Regards,
AndreAndre FloresModeratorHello Paul,
In order to achieve this you may create categories as Attributes assigning them to corresponding accommodation types. Then add the Attributes field to the availability search form, so it is possible to search by category. For more details on how to add the Attributes field to the search form check the following video: https://youtu.be/w1vKA5gqhAQ.

Returning an error 400 when the Webhook URL is opened in the browser tab does not mean the Webhook does not work. Have you tried contacting Stripe to find out why the Webhook was disabled? You may also try removing current Webhook and create a new one in your Stripe account.
