You may try to navigate to Accommodation > Settings and try select Default style for the Calendar.

You see the Booking Payment and Booking itself listens to the status of the WooCommerce Order. It looks like your payment gateway says to set the failed status to the Order when the buyer inputs the wrong credit card details and allows the customer to re-try to make the payment. Thus it rather depends on the payment gateway that you use for WooCommerce.

Thanks for your feedback. It is normal behavior when the imported bookings are re-numbered. It happens if the booking is changed or updated on the bookingcom, Airbnb, vrbo, etc.

Thanks for your reply. It is strange the trigger of 365 days before the check-in date did not work for you for the first time. Actually, it works correctly and should send the notification on the date once the booking is made.
It is also possible to add notifications with various trigger dates that send the notifications in 30, 60, and 90 days before the check-in date.
I’ve added your request to skip or merge the notifications for reservations placed after the trigger.best regards,

It looks like there is installed WooCommerce on your site and it redirects to the WooCommerce account page automatically. You may check the WooOCmmerce documentation to find a way to redirect specific user roles to custom URLs or disable the redirection.
