Appointment employee role don’t work

I am configuring a employee as “appointment employee” as described in the documentation, first creating the user with that role and then in employees, in the employee file assign the email but when you access from wp-admin with your username and password , does not access the wordpress menu but “my account” as if it were a client and cannot do anything else. If I assign it as “Appointment manager” it works correctly.

What could be the problem?

It looks like there is installed WooCommerce on your site and it redirects to the WooCommerce account page automatically. You may check the WooOCmmerce documentation to find a way to redirect specific user roles to custom URLs or disable the redirection.
