order in woocommerce stay in processing

Hello.

Don’t know if this is a normal behavior but the orders paid through wc gateway stay in processing status in woocommerce, I need to put them manually in completed.

If this is the normal behavior, why is it ? And if its not, how can I help you find out why ?

Nevermind, I set virtual AND downloadable on product page and its all good

Thanks for your question and for sorting it out on your own. Yes, Processing status in WooCommerce means that the seller is about to deliver a real product to the customer.

Great find. I had noticed the same behavior. Selected the “Downloadable” attribute (in addition to the “Virtual” attribute) and order status now indicates “Completed” as opposed to “Processing”. I followed the instructions/documentation/video to setup the plugin and I don’t believe this particular attribute was mentioned. The “Virtual” attribute was mentioned but not the “Downloadable” part.
