    Hello Jesus,

    Sure, you should make sure to enable the “Confirmation upon payment” mode under Accommodation ->Settings tab. Once it is done, navigate to Accommodation ->Settings ->Payment Gateways tab to enable desired payment gateways.

    This can be done by means of Payment Request add-on, which allows including Booking Balance Due and Booking Payment Request Link tags to the confirmation email with confirmation “By admin manually” mode enabled.

    Hello Jeffrey,

    Yes, that is correct, you will need to create rates for each accommodation type. If seasons match, then you may use them for all the accommodations, however, rates must be unique. You may use “Duplicate Rate” option in order to make the rates configuration process easier and faster (you will need to change the rate name and prices for added seasons if needed).
    For the next year, you may create new seasons and include them in existing rates, there is no need to create new rates each season.

    Hello Francisco,

    The latest Hotel Booking plugin version currently available in Luviana theme is 3.9.10. You will be able to update the plugin once our developers include an updated version to the theme and update the theme itself to make sure everything is in tact.
    You may purchase the Hotel Booking plugin license separately in order to be able to receive its automatic updates regardless of the theme version in future.

    Hello Stacy,

    If the booking is canceled at VRBO, it is very important that it is removed from the VRBO iCal file. If it is, then the booking will be removed from the corresponding Hotel Booking calendar after the next sync. If you are sure the canceled booking was removed from the VRBO iCal file but still was there in the Hotel Booking calendar, kindly submit a request to our Help Desk providing your website URL and temporary access to your WordPress dashboard, so we take a closer look at the issue.

    Hello Harun,

    There is no option to associate currency with a language in the add-on. This was done on purpose in order to allow more freedom for users to be able to have the website in the desired language and check prices in currency of another country not associated with the selected language.
    This how Booking.com works, for example.

    Hello there,

    That is correct, the service price does not change unless you click “Recalculate Total Price” button. Once the button is clicked, the price will change according to newly altered service price.
