I have a customer that paid a 100 deposit and then the balance on 2 occasions. I have attached the logs for the Booking.
You can see an email went out (approved Booking Email) for the deposit but does no email go when they pay the balance (and if so which?).
I see from the url (
https://selfcateringstratford.co.uk/booking-confirmation/payment-success/?payment_id=4289) that they see a screen that tells them they do?
Is there no email notification after a payment has been made (Request Payments Plugin)July 15, 2021 at 11:54 pm #1157166Andre FloresModerator
For now there is no confirmation email sent to guests when the payment is made via Payment Request plugin. We do have such a feature request and I have added your up-vote to it. In case there are more requests from other users, we might consider implementing such option in one of the plugin future updates.

+1 here too.
A quick win would be to allow use of %customer_email% in the recipient list for the amdin email. As the admin I’d be happy with a copy of what goes to customer.April 14, 2022 at 5:11 am #1290025J. DavisKeymaster
