    Hello Mariusz,

    This is indeed strange as the font seems to be applied in both cases, however, it looks like totally different fonts at: https://kamienica.bialystok.pl/pokoje/ and at: https://kamienica.bialystok.pl/testowe-rozwiazania/.
    Check your custom CSS code as well as inline styles directly on the page in order to make sure there is are no other fonts that affect the h2 titles.

    Hello Raphael,

    Most likely you have had a Hotel Booking plugin built in one of our themes, that is why no license key field was available. Please note that the plugin built in the theme can be updated only along with the theme and currently the latest plugin version included in our hotel themes is v. 3.9.10. Now that you have installed the Hotel Booking plugin separately, you will be able to updated it automatically regardless of the theme version.

    Hello Hannah,

    The service is applied to guests total capacity, so in case the room accepts 4 guests, there is no way to apply the service to maximum of 2 guests. If you would like to charge extra for additional guests, you should use the Variable Pricing, so the price per night is increased by $25 for 2+ guests. For more details check this article.

    Hello Kerry,

    Thank you for getting back to me. Yes, accommodations are not being displayed in the calendar when switching the accommodation type to Private mode indeed.
    In this case you may try hiding the accommodation type in question on your website via CSS. Add the following code under Appearance ->Customize ->Additional CSS:

    .mphb-room-type.post-XXX {
    display: none;
    }

    Where “XXX” is the accommodation type ID. This will hide it everywhere on the website, however, you will still be able to book it in the back-end.

    Hello Ashleigh,

    Usually the error occurs when there are some fields set up as required in your Mailchimp list settings, however not included in the subscription form. You may check what causes the issue by following directions from this article.
    As for the second issue, it might be related to the first one, kindly check this article with some possible reasons the issue occurs.

    Hello everyone,

    We have just released the Hotel Booking plugin v. 3.9.13 and the Payment Request v. 1.1.8 versions with Stripe payments issues fix included. I would kindly ask that you update both plugins to the latest version in order to have the issue resolved.
    I hope these versions will become the stable ones, so we could move forward with improving both plugins.

    You may set the base price as 85 per night, and then use Variable Pricing to configure prices according to the number of guests: https://prnt.sc/1sa4og2. This will allow to display 85 per night as a standard price and will increase the price in case children will also stay.
