Hi Mark, The calendars of the booking plugin are lifetime. Once the property is booked it becomes unavailable. If you use a common search form so it can not analyze the availability of all the accommodation types before you hit the search button. If you wish to see real-time availability you may enable the Skip Search results option and use the availability form of each property. You may describe your situation so we will be able to help you configure the plugin properly.
Hi, I’m building a Bed and Breakfast site with this plugin, but I set the search page for the Availability Search Results. If I search any accommodation it leads you to the page, but it says no accommodation found. I got already 4 rooms and pages.

You may check the availability of each property e.g. http://benbbijboertje.nl/accommodation/winter/ as you can see there are free dates from April 15 to April 22 so if you search for these dates the accommodation types are displayed in the search results page. i have 2 questions –
1) it does not seem to be possible to check-out with one approach when reserving several types of rooms. For example, 5 guests would arrive as a group together and want to make a reservation of 2 different types of rooms (1 luxe, and 1 standard). It seems it is possible to checkout only with the same type of rooms at once, or have i missed something?
2) we would need to have 2 different groups of children by age groups, so it would make adults and 2 types of children. Would you recommend a way to do it best? Or at least some tips to follow, as we are ready even to add some modifications to the plugin to achieve that.

1. It is possible to make multiple booking by using a common search form. When you are on the search results page you need to click the Book button for more than 1 accommodation type (e.g. 1 luxe, and 1 standard) and only when you are ready to proceed you should click Confirm Reservation button.
2. There is no possibility to add more children groups or any other additional age group. As a rule, the babies (infants) are hosted for free so you may simply add a notice that such a category of guests is free of charge. You may also ask the guests to add a notice in the checkout form if they arrive with such children.

Hi Jesus, You may find some predefined styles for the calendar at Accommodation > Settings > Calendar Style. You may also add custom CSS to adjust it in the way you wish.

There seems to be workaround, creating a new season that starts for example 30 days after the current day and also creating a new rate with a discounted price that only applies to that season. However this implies a lot of daily manual updates…
I have noticed that the “Minimum advance reservation” booking rule does not respect the seasons: if you create diferent rules for diferent seasons, these are not correctly applied.
However thank you for informing me when this update will be available.

By default, there is no possibility to upload icons to the list of amenities. It can be done in a custom way applying CSS styles. Though I’ve added your request to our list of features and we will notify you if we have any news.

Hi Jim, each amenity has a unique selector (class) These classes can be used to add :before or :after pseudo-elements via CSS to add image or font awesome icon if the font awesome is enqueued on your site.
