Hi, The hotel booking plugin was not developed for a multi-vendor platform. You might need to adjust it using third-party plugins to restrict access to certain accommodations, rates, etc.

You may enable confirmation mode upon payment to be sure the guest is not a fake user and is ready to pay for it. Or as a workaround, you may generate more accommodations(units) (5 or 10) for each accommodation type to keep it available even if somebody make a fake reservation.

As a result of that, we have for every accomodation, two different IDs and two different . ics, on Calendar and Sync options.

You need to translate only Accommodation Types but Accommodations (units) should not be translated. Please remove the translated Accommodations to have the same ical liks for all the languages.

Hi Roman, We did not have a chance to test Hotel Booking plugin with Houzez theme though if it is styles for third-party booking plugin then you should expect that layouts and styles will differ from original.
However, speaking about functionality so the Hotel Booking plugin is compatible with all WordPress themes.

At the moment, there is not an option to display variable or season price while checking the availability of a certain property. It works if you make a general search so you can see relevant pricing on the search results page.
As a workaround, you may manually add the table where all the season and variable pricings are described. Thus visitors of your website may refer to such a table while checking availability.

Hi, I purchased this plugin a few days ago. Everything was working great. Now all of the sudden when a person would go to checkout, complete a purchase after checking the dates, it goes to the confirmation page without displaying the the content of the shopping cart – making it impossible to complete a booking. It only does that on two items and not all. Please explain how to fix. Thank you.

I want to buy your plugin for our resort. I like almost everything I saw and tested. Comparing to other plugins, I think yours is the most complete.
One thing I don’t like: The inline checkout card details. I think the manner you put all those fields in one-page-checkout is simple and clean, but to insert your card info into the same page is not trustful. I am convinced that all this is secured. But most than a half of our customers won’t trust that. Believe me!

We are working with Stripe. So we are not interested in PayPal or other things. I asked you about a simple case:
I want to know if there is any possibility to have the well-known Stripe checkout page instead of an inline form field. The solution you provide in checkout is not trustful for most of my clients. We did a survey about online booking solution and that was the opinion of most than 70% of the respondents.
So, is there any way to obtain a page like that for the payment? I see you offer this for 2Checkout gateway. Just want a clearly response. No matter of the costs. If this will require custom development, just tell me.

At the moment the inline form is the only possible type of form that our plugin offers. As an alternate solution, we recommend to integrated Stripe from WooCommerce using the mentioned addon https://motopress.com/products/hotel-booking-woocommerce-payments
