Thanks for your question. First of all, check if you have a Booking Confirmation page with [mphb_checkout] shortcode and this page is selected as Checkout one at Accommodation > Settings.
Additionally, you may check the product that you have created for this integration and make sure you have added any random price that is more than 0 for example 1. Finally, check if you have selected the same currency for WooCmmerce and for the Hotel Booking plugin.

Thanks for your feedback. The Notifier add-on provides all the claimed capabilities so it works as it is described on the products page. The Notifier addon allows you to create different notifications per accommodation type and select various addressee – Admin, Customer, or/and Custom Email Addresses.
The option to send notifications for unpaid bookings was not described though we agree that might be helpful and we will think about whether it is better to implement the feature to core plugin functionality, to payment requests, or to notifier addons. We will notify you if we have any news on this.

Thanks for your question. There is not such a possibility yet but we have this request in our list of features so we have added your upvote.
Meanwhile, you may switch the confirmation mode ‘upon payment’ and set up the Deposit Payment. Thus the guests will need to pay the part for the booking to confirm it. Then the payment request will send the email to pay the balance as it was intended initially.

Hi Georgina,

The accommodations (units of the accommodation types) are used to form the availability of the accommodation type. The accommodations are used on the backend only and there is no possibility to display them on the front-end.
You may try to add the Packages as different Rates for the same accommodation type. Then the guest will be able to select a proper Rate on the checkout page.

This is just a warning for now. You may try to hide it by disabling the debug mode in your wp-config.php file (in the root folder of your WordPress installation). Could you please specify what version of the Hotel Booking plugin is installed on your website?
