Thanks for your question. There are all the services displayed that are assigned to the accommodation type on the checkout page. There is no possibility to limit it. As a workaround, you may try to use CSS (custom styles) to hide the services after the 9th.

Thanks for your reply. Initially, the plugin was not intended to be used to send reminders for unpaid reservations. The main goal was to send some instructions, maps with the places to visit before the check-in, and a form to get feedback or reviews after the check-out.

1. The text can be changed by editing translations of the plugin. You may use the Loco Translate plugin for this.

2. It required activation of the Jetpack plugin and enable the option Site Accelerator at Jetpack > Settings > Performance.

Thanks for your question. The Hotel Booking plugin requires one to check the availability to make a reservation request. In your case, you may add any contact form on your site and let the visitors send emails to you so that you could create bookings manually

Thanks for your reply. I’ve checked the form on the home page and the nearest date for check-in is June 23 and so it seems to work correctly because today is June 22 and there is a booking rule applied for a Minimum advance reservation of 1 night.

Thanks for contacting us. The Hotel Booking plugin offers 2 age groups – Adults and Children. There is no option to add custom age groups. If you need to get information about children that are hosted for free you may ask the guest to indicate it in the Notes field of the checkout form, or in any other convenient way.
