KeymasterHi Catalin,
Those dotes are default list style designed by your theme. You can override theme styles in plugin by adding custom CSS:
ul.mphb-loop-room-type-attributes { list-style: none; }
If you need our assistance in overriding theme styles you can get Extended Support offer.

KeymasterHi,
Thank you for your request. It’s been added to our features list. Currently we are working at request of higher priority so we’ll notify you once we get any news on this.
At the moment you can create booking at front-end. When you guests call you on the phone you can make all the steps at front-end except completing the payment. Instead – you should go to Dashboard>Bookings and change status of payment and booking to complete. That’s it.
We are sorry for temporary inconveniences.Best regards,
JohnJ. Davis

KeymasterHi Tamas,
It seems like there are not added default styles for fields/forms (input type) in Divi theme. You can face it with other plugins like contact forms – e.g. I found videos and ready CSS solutions provided by Divi customers to customize form to fit other form plugins.
Usually theme developers add default styling to the forms and plugins so that forms from other plugins could inherit those styles to look naturally with particular design. If we add predefined styles to the search form (for example make the corners rounded and color the button in red or green but in your template there are used not rounded corner forms and it is blue colored) it may simply look weird. That’s why we made the styles of plugin form to be inherited from the theme design, color scheme, etc.
If you switch to other theme (for example 2017, 2016, etc.) just to test the case you might found that it will look depending on a theme if there are added standard form styles.We’ll keep this case in mind to provide some solution for this type of theme in future.
As for horizontal form layout so it is another question not related to button style. We’ll review this query to provide option to select between vertical and horizontal layout while adding a search form. Thank you for your feedback.
At the moment you can get our Extended Support offer and we’ll assist you to style the forms like at one of our themes (Oceanica or Villagio)

KeymasterHi Dalton and Jennifer,
Yes, you can unpack slider files at your PC and search for prev.svg and next.svg files to edit with proper software. You can also try some online SVG editor to change color of arrows. I’ve also attached black versions of arrows prev.svg and next.svg for you to upload to wp-content/plugins/motopress-slider/motoslider_core/images/ directory overwriting existing files. Then do not forget to clear the cache after you upload the files and check your slider.

KeymasterHi Frederick,
Thank you for your question and accept apologies for confusion. You can block off the dates for certain accommodation type or even single accommodation since 2.3.0 version update. Please make sure you updated plugin and navigate to Bookings>Booking Rules to set it up.
As for adding booking at back-end so this feature is not available at the moment since we released multiple bookings feature. It requires adjustments as it was available when single booking was possible only. At the moment you can book a room at front-end if somebody asked you. If there is payment confirmation mode activated at your site then you may not complete the payment and change status of unfinished order to Complete from the back-end.Best regards,

KeymasterHi David,

KeymasterHi Frederick,
I’m sorry for a delay. If you purchased plugin at our website you must have received a license key. So you need to to make sure your license key is activated to get notification about automatic update and run the updater.
If you purchased plugin at marketplace like Envato or TemplateMonster then you need to download newer version of plugin, unzip it and upload newer files of plugin overwriting existing ones.
You can contact our support team for assistance.Note: we recommend to backup your files and database before update of any plugin, theme or WordPress CMS.
Best regards,

KeymasterHi Dalo,
Please refer to this topic to learn why it might happen. Unfortunately translations were not available at that version. However as far as I know there is newer version of theme that has been adjusted for later Hotel Booking versions.
Also I’d recommend to use our themes with Hotel Booking plugin – Oceanica or Villagio.Best regards,

KeymasterHi Gareth,
Thank you for your question. You need to edit file of page template called ‘With Header Image’. Or you can use CSS style below and add it to Appearance>Customize>Additional CSS:
.with-header-image .page-title{ display:none; }
