    Hello Bradley,

    The issue has been addressed in ticket #39483. I am pasting my reply below just in case:

    The issue is caused by a large number of sync logs: https://prnt.sc/15cwkop. You should navigate to Calendar Sync Status tab at the top admin bar and delete all the logs there. Then set the Automatically delete sync logs older than option under Accommodation ->Settings to at least a “Week” in order to avoid logs overload in your database.
    Once it is done the synchronization should start working fine again.

    Hello Mathieu,

    According to our developers the Hotel Booking plugin should be fully compatible with PHP v. 7.4 and 8.x. We have not received any complaints regarding any compatibility issues with PHP 64 bits versions from other users so far.

    Hello Celine,

    I have installed the WP Crontrol plugin and scheduled an automatic synchronization using Time option under Accommodation ->Settings and the synchronization event appeared under Tools ->Cron Events: https://prnt.sc/151ij87. Now automatic synchronization should work fine with the configured sync interval.

    Hello Marco,

    Downgrading the plugin is not an option, as the issue has occurred since WordPress 5.x. If you are using any caching plugins, you should check them and make sure to disable Lazy Loading in their settings, as it causes conflicts with inbuilt WordPress lazy load feature.
    If the issue persists, submit a request to our Help Desk providing your website URL and temporary access to WordPress dashboard, so we take a closer look at the issue.

    Hello Maurice,

    Thank you for your detailed feedback, it is much appreciated. When using Pending status the booking is abandoned after the Pending Payment Time expires, you may control that time by changing its value under Accommodation ->Settings ->Payment Gateways tab.
    As for On-Hold status, it is only affected by whether the payment was done or not, so it most likely will not switch to Abandoned automatically.

    Hello Andrew,

    Make sure your website is not under construction, as synchronization will not work in this case.
    Also, check whether there is at least one booking in your exported .ics file, as Booking.com and some other OTAs do not accept export links with no events in them. If the issue persists, submit a request to our Help Desk providing your website URL and temporary access to WordPress dashboard, so we take a closer look at the issue.

    Hello Maria,

    Such behavior rather depends on AirBnB settings/functionality, as the Hotel Booking removes cancelled bookings/accommodation blocks from .ics file. This means that during the next synchronization those removed events are no longer exported. You should check it out with AirBnB support team whether they check previously imported events and remove them in case they are no longer in the export link.
