We are delighted to let you know that we have just released the Hotel Booking plugin update v. 4.0.0 with the User Roles feature included. Two new user roles have been added to manage Hotel Booking in the dashboard: Hotel Manager and Hotel Worker. Please note that in case you have assigned the Editor role to some users previously, you will need to change their role to Hotel Manager one, as they will loose access to the Hotel Booking after update.
Also note that you will need to update Hotel Booking add-ons to the latest versions in order for them to be adjusted to the User Roles feature.
You may also use some free user roles editor plugins in order to configure each role per your desire or even create a new role with specific capabilities, e.g. free Members plugin.Regards,

The error might occur due to improper plugin configuration, e.g. seasons, rates etc. You should make sure everything is configured properly in order to avoid such kind of issues/errors.

The plugins were temporary suspended, however, we are currently working on having them back and they should be available online soon. Plugins have no critical vulnerabilities and security issues you see are produced due to plugins suspension at WordPress.org, so no worries at all.

It may happen that you are using the plugin built in the Booklium theme – in this case the plugin version will be different to the latest one and the License tab will not be available to you. You will need to download the latest version from your personal MotoPress account and make sure to replace current plugin with the downloaded one under Plugins ->Add New ->Upload. It is recommended to back-up current plugin files before updating just in case.

The issue Maria was referring to was about calendars not being updated at AirBnB end after the booking was cancelled in the Hotel Booking. It is totally controlled by the AirBnB platform itself and the Hotel Booking does not have any impact on how canceled bookings are handled at AirBnB/Booking.com.
Looks like you are referring to behavior AirBnB and Booking.com have when bookings are added and canceled at their end – in this case the Hotel Booking already functions properly and remove such bookings from its calendar during the next sync.Regards,

Unfortunately, there is currently no such option, however, it should be possible once the guest account feature is developed and implemented to the plugin. Our developers are already working on the feature, so it is expected to be included in one of the plugin near updates.

Our developers are working on the issue and it takes much time, unfortunately, as they are unable to replicate the issue locally. The issue appears to be impermanent and occurs at some cases and does not at others. We will keep you updated on this matter and do our best to provide a solution shortly.

We are delighted to let you know that we have just released the Hotel Booking Multi-Currency add-on, that allows displaying prices on your website in different currencies of your choice.
Please note that the add-on requires the Hotel Booking v. 3.9.14+, so make sure to update the Hotel Booking to that version in order to be able to use it.Regards,
