Unfortunately, there is no such option in the Hotel Booking plugin by default, however, we do have such a feature request and I have added your up-vote to it. In case there are more similar requests from other users, we will consider adding this option to one of the plugin future updates.

The Testimonials, team and Activities appear to be custom post types. You may rename them via PHP code or using an additional plugin, e.g. Custom Post Type Editor.

In order to have the service displayed during checking out, you should make sure to select it in the Available Services section at the bottom of the accommodation type editing page, check the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/umamhk.

By default The Home child pages are built via Gutenberg block editor. There is a default WordPress read more tag used, which makes the short description displayed in slides and not the whole page text. If you would like to edit those pages in Elementor, you should make sure to include shorter page content, so it fits the slider nicely and does not break it.

The “More Info” text is generated by the default WordPress read more tag. In order to change it you should open each of the Home child pages for editing: https://prnt.sc/uma8js, click three dots at the top right corner and switch to “Code editor”: https://prnt.sc/uma9gh.
Once it is done, you may wright any desired text right inside of the read more tag, e.g.:<!--more Continue Reading-->Check the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/umaay8.

You should make sure you have a WooCommerce Checkout page with the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode in it created and selected next to the corresponding option under WooCommerce ->Settings ->Advanced: https://prnt.sc/ullsfm.
