ModeratorHello, Maria!
The option would be to use Developer Mode and fill in the empty canvas – you will be able to create a single template for all the accommodation types, however, you will need to fill in the ID’s for each accommodation type separately. Unfortunately, there is no option to load the ID automatically depending on the accommodation type you are editing.

I have double-checked with our developers and they confirmed that the option from this reply works fine. I would recommend that you contact your hosting provider regarding this matter, they should be able to assist.

ModeratorHello, Oliver!
There is a known issue after Elementor update, which is weirdly related to the WordPress admin bar. Try navigating to Users ->Profile and clear the “Show Toolbar when viewing site” checkbox. Once it is done, check whether the issue is resolved.
This is a temporary solution and we are currently working on finding out whether the issue is on our or Elementor end. If the issue persists, submit your request to our Help Desk providing a temporary access to your WordPress dashboard, so we take a closer look at the issue.Regards,

ModeratorHello, Larry!
There is no need to set-up a cron job, the e-mails are sent automatically according to the set number of days before/after check-in/check-out date in the Notifier settings under Bookings ->Notifications tab.
If you do not receive notifications for some reason, I would recommend that you set-up SMTP on your website, e.g. by using the Post SMTP Mailer/Email Log plugin.Regards,

ModeratorHello, Tero!
Do you mean that the bookings with the expired payment time do not have their status changed to “Abandoned”? I have just tested it on my local installation and the status is automatically changed to “Abandoned” immediately after the time set to provide payment expires.
If the issue exists on your end, feel free to submit a request to our Help Desk providing a temporary access to your WordPress dashboard, so we take a closer look at the issue.Regards,

ModeratorHello, Thomas!
So far we have not received any similar complaints from other users, so the issue is quite weird indeed.
Since this has happened only once so far, I would kindly ask that you monitor your future sync logs to see if the issue occurs again. If it does, submit a request to our Help Desk providing a temporary access to your WordPress dashboard, so we take a closer look at the issue.Regards,

ModeratorHello there!
Thank you for your up-vote, it has been counted. Unfortunately, there is no exact information about adding compatibility with the Polylang plugin, however, the request is in our developers’ feature requests list. If there are more requests from other users, we will consider adding compatibility in one of the plugin future updates.

You may easily change the header menu color under Appearance ->Customize ->Colors tab: https://prnt.sc/up311b.

ModeratorHello, Marc and Amos!
The Hotel Booking calendars sync feature is used to have the availability imported/exported only in order to prevent overbooking, it is not used to have the full booking information imported/exported. However, we do have a similar feature request already – I have created your up-votes to it as well. If there are more requests regarding this matter from other users, we will consider implementing this feature to one of the plugin future updates.

ModeratorHello, Marc!
That is correct, enabling this option will not allow bookings imported from OTAs to be exported to other OTAs. It is recommended that you sync all the OTAs calendars with each other in order to prevent any chance of overbooking, e.g. sync Hotel Booking with Booking.com and Expedia, as well as sync Booking.com with Expedia.

ModeratorHello, Kean!
You may achieve this by applying the coupon code only, there is no option to change the total booking price in the booking manually. Please note that the coupon code is applied to the accommodation rate only, it does not affect the services/taxes/fees.

ModeratorHello, Sebastian!
You should try triggering your cron per the directions advised in this topic.

ModeratorHello, James!
The feature has not been implemented to the Hotel Booking plugin since it has not been quite popular so far. If you would like to add a mandatory cleaning and laundry service, you should add it as a fee: navigate to Bookings ->Taxes & Fees tab and add a fee there: https://prnt.sc/unhllk. The fee will be displayed separately in the price breakdown, so your Guests could see what they are charged for.
