Rent out Multiple Accommodations
Want to rent out different accommodations in a variety of locations? Simply add each villa, guest house, apartment, etc. as a different accommodation type. To find the needed accommodation, users will need to sort them by categories you set (e.g. region, type, cost).
Note: the category is not included in the search availability form, so the guest will need first to find the needed accommodation by the region and then check its availability.

The search availability form is very easy to use for guests and always shows the correct number of available.

Seasonal Pricing

Guest can pay a full or deposit price. Moreover, you may allow your guests to pay only after arrival. Pending payment time is editable.
Variable Pricing
The accommodation rate can be changed automatically depending on the number of guests.
You simply need to add a needed number of the per-guest price variables that will be different from the base accommodation price.
Your guests will see a relative price once they input their search parameters.
Packages and Services
Sell or offer for free extra services and packages.
The guests can pre-order them when placing a booking request.

You need to edit your theme files. We recommend you to make a backup of your site and use the child theme, otherwise, you will lose all the changes you made.
If you don’t want to deal with code, you can also manage your sidebar using a plugin for removing WordPress sidebar.

Is it possible to have an option to purchase excursions/activities as part of the booking?
So similiar to how the services are added on but with more options like what days you want to do the activity, how many adults/kids, meal preferences etc…

Hi Wahid, Thanks for your question. There is not such an option in Hotel Booking so far. You may just use Services for this purpose at the moment. Otherwise, you might need to use a separate plugin additionally however these would be different reservations within different plugins.

Hi Emilio, You may follow this post to learn more about multilingual support. Since the plugin and theme are not translated fully to the Japanese language you will need to translate them on your own. It is possible in the dashboard of your site by means of a third-party plugin.

1. There is a used the same Hotel Booking plugin like in our other themes for property rental and this plugin can be used either for multiple properties and for single property too.
2. It is possible to switch confirmation mode to online payments. By default, the Hotel Booking plugin supports the following payment gateways – Stripe, PayPal, 2Checkout, Braintree, Beanstream. If you need to add some other payment gateway you may integrate it from WooCommerce using this addon additionally
3. There are various options in the theme customizer though it depends on how exactly you wish to customize the theme. You may test these themes with woocommerce payments addon at our free trial https://hbdemo.getmotopress.com
What is the best way/plugin to optimize this theme. I have wprocket, autoptimize, shortpixel, cloudflare but my google page speed grade is still below 90, and gtmetrix grade is C.
