The Hotel Booking does not have such functionality by default. We support it as a tool for a single owner or single group of owners. There are no options for multiple owners to add different properties and manage them separately within their accounts.

Hi Marian, You can add room as Accommodation Type and generate Accommodations (units) as beds. When all accommodations are booked, the accommodation type becomes unavailable. In this case, you may need to disable default capacity parameters at Accommodation > Settings – Guest Management options.

I am a web developer currently working on a camping website for a client. I am looking for a simple and effective booking system to integrate into the site, and the MotoPress Hotel Booking Plugin has many of the functionalities we need.
The plugin’s ability to handle seasonal pricing and additional fees (such as cleaning costs and higher rates for the first night) is particularly appealing. Its ease of use for non-technical users is also a significant advantage, allowing my client to manage everything without programming knowledge.
However, I would like to use the plugin primarily as a booking inquiry system and would need to disable some of the features that aren’t required. Specifically, I would like to know if it is possible to hide or deactivate the following:
1. Individual property and services pages – These are unnecessary for our use case.
2. Property availability management – We prefer that customers do not see availability directly, as we will provide this information only in personalized offers
3. Customer account creation option – If possible, we would also like to disable this feature because it is not useful in our case
The key functionalities we need are:
• A booking form that calculates prices in real-time, showing customers an estimated total including seasonal price management
• A system to manage booking inquiries and their status with an overview of incoming inquiries
• An email system to keep customers informed

1. You can hide the system property pages with code or any redirection plugin.
2. If you hide the availability check from the customers then they will not have access to a booking form that calculates prices in real time. You need to keep the availability booking form on the front-end for the guests to check availability and proceed to the checkout.
3. The account option is disabled by default so you can simply keep it inactive.

Hi, I’m looking for a plugin that offers overnight accommodation booking, and also can handle hotdesk (remote working), and meeting room bookings where those hotdesks and meeting rooms are booked on either a daily rate or half day (not overnight). Is that possible with this plugin?
The Hotel Booking plugin works on per-night booking basis. You may additionally check our other booking plugin – Appointment Booking https://motopress.com/products/appointment-booking/ They work independently from each other so you may need to block availability of the same properties in different plugins manually.
after 4 years i had to redo a website with the hotel booking plugin, so i need the plugin again.
I was a bit shocked about the new pricing:
in 2020 the premium plugin still cost 79$ and the renewal 39.5$. In 2021 I got the info of a price increase from 89$ to 99$ (so there was already an increase of 10$ between 2020 and 2021). Now the plugin costs 139$ per year… compared to 2020, that’s an increase of 135% over 2 years with renewal (the longer the term, the worse).
And if I look at the range of functions, nothing has changed since then to the extent that would justify such an increase.
Or what exactly am I overlooking?
And to solve my problem, I only need the admin functions for the bookings (add, delete, change data…) – for that I find 140$ a bit excessive.

Thanks for your feedback. By purchasing or renewing the license you get regular updates and support. Moreover, the plugin can be still used even after license expiration. We do not disable premium functions once the license expires. I also can not agree that nothing has changed in plugin since June 2022. Here are some of the major improvements since that date:
– Added the ability to create a percentage fee, which applies to the accommodation cost.
– Added support for displaying prices in the availability calendars of individual accommodations.
– Added the possibility for clients to select the check-in and check-out date directly in the availability calendar.
– Significant revamp of the Direct Bank Transfer method has been made.
– Added customer name information to the booking details in the admin bookings calendar.
– Added the possibility to set the booking status to ‘Confirmed’ or ‘Pending admin’ when creating a new booking in the admin area.
– Added “Pending Admin” and “Pending Payment” statuses to the iCal export.
– Added the ability to link selected accommodations, enabling automatic blocking of linked accommodations when one is booked.
– Added the ability to create discount coupons specifically for services and fees.
– Improved the way to customize rates based on the number of extra guests.
– Added the ability to create annually repeated seasons.
– Added the ability to export bookings imported from external platforms to CSV reports.

Hi, the license expiration does not affect the functionality of the plugin so it will be able to use premium features. You will stop getting support and updates. However, you will be able to renew the license whenever you need support or update.
