KeymasterHi Anna,
I’m sorry I missed that. There is no possibility to add variable pricing per number of guests in the appointment booking plugin.

KeymasterHi Janina,
As far as I remember you have used the Alpenhouse theme for your site and not Luviana. Anyway, feel free to submit a ticket to our support channel if you have any difficulties by using our theme. We will be happy to help you sort this out.

KeymasterHi Robert,
Thanks for your question. I’ve just tested ical synchronization with Google Calendar using a demo from https://hbdemo.getmotopress.com and it worked correctly https://prntscr.com/S6m7wfM1Bscg.
You may contact our support team providing your ical file to test it.best regards,

KeymasterHi Ryan,
Thanks for your question. The Hotel Booking plugin adds the following information to the iCal export file:
Guest’s First Name, Last name, ID of booking, name of Accommodation, and check-in/check-out dates.
As the main goal of the synchronization is to prevent overbooking, this information was quite enough so we do not plan to add more information.best regards,
John DavisJ. Davis
KeymasterHi Gordon,
The main purpose of the ical sync option is to prevent overbookings. Thus the option still works correctly since it imports and exports bookings and blocks the same dates on bookingCom and your site.

KeymasterHi Paul,
Unfortunately, there is no possibility to apply different fees depending on the length of stay.
You may follow this article to learn what options are available when you add mandatory fees https://motopress.com/document/hotel-booking-taxes-and-fees/best regards,

KeymasterHi Thoams,
Thanks for contacting us. Unfortunately, there is no possibility to re-assign the accommodation from one accommodation type to another. So you will need to create new ones and edit bookings one by one re-assigning them from one accommodation to another.

KeymasterHi Claudette, Thanks for your upvote and thoughts.

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for your question. It is possible to set a custom nightly price for any custom period of stay for example for 7 nights, 14 nights, etc. You may follow this article to learn how it works https://motopress.com/document/hotel-booking-weekly-monthly-rates/ Here is a video.
Feel free to ask any additional questions.

KeymasterHi Amelia,
Thanks for your reply. As far as I can see you have changed the calendar style via settings of the Hotel Booking plugin. The calendar is styled for the ‘Default’ style in the Booklium theme so it is recommended to navigate to Accommodation > Settings, find the Calendar Style option and select Default style. Save changes and check it again.
best regards

KeymasterHi,
You may try to clear cookies for your site to clear the check-in and check-out fields. There is no such option by default. Perhaps there is a third-party plugin or any custom solution that clears up the cookies on a site refresh.

KeymasterHi,
We have released a Calendar in the application. You may leave your upvotes on how to improve or adjust this calendar.
