    Just a reminder that the Hotel Booking plugin is compatible with WPML so we recommend it for translating the content added with the Hotel Booking plugin. It allows translating emails as well.

    Hi Janina,
    By clicking on an amenity or category you will go to the archive page – it will show the list of all accommodation types where the same amenity or category is selected. By clicking on Continue Reading next to the accommodation page, you visit a page of the accommodation type to read the details, view pictures, and check its availability. Those are system pages according to WordPress CMS. You can look for third-party plugins or custom solutions on how to delete the archive pages if you do not need them on your site.

    When you go to Bookings > Coupons there is a column ‘Uses’. Thus you can see how many times each coupon was used.

    What should you see when you purchase any regular woocommerce product?

    Hi Igor, at the moment, the plugin allows you to select 23:59 as the latest possible time for the timeslot. For this, you need to go to Appointment > Settings and change the Default Time Step to 1 minute. The duration of the service should be changed to 59 minutes as well within the schedule.

    Hi Knut,
    Please provide a link to the page where you added the calendar and availability form. Make sure the Skip Search results option is enabled at Accommodation > Settings.

There is no option for the customer to edit the details like name, phone, email, etc. We did not plan to make it possible as we did not get such requests from other users of the plugin. We can leave the topic open to collect feedback from other users and see if it is a popular request.

    Thanks for contacting us. When you use the Checkout Fields Editor add-on to add new fields it also adds email tags like %user_mobilenumber%, %user_federation% that can be used in email templates of the Hotel Booking plugin (not sure about Gravity Forms).

    Hi Steve,
    Google Analytics is the addon for the Appointment Booking plugin only. There is no such add-on for the Hotel Booking plugin at the moment and it is not planned to be developed yet. However, we have such a request in our list of features. I’ve added your upvote and we will notify you when we have any news on this.
