External calendar sync problem

    Hi,
    I am having an issue with my external iCal synchronisation. The update runs and informs me that there are e.g. Total bookings: 65:
    Process Information
    Total bookings: 65
    Success bookings: 0
    Skipped bookings: 0
    Failed bookings: 0
    Removed bookings: 0

    How can I get the 65 bookings to synchronise with my calendar?

    Ho Paul,
    Could you go to Accommodation > Settings, deactivate option ‘Enable the plugin to record only important messages.’ and then check the logs again?
    Let me know if it provides more information.

    Are there any values in the Skipped, Failed, and Success columns? Could you submit a request to our support team referring to the current topic so we can check it for you.
