KeymasterHi Chris,
I’ve just tested our WordPress Page Builder with EightStore Lite theme and WordPress Text window was centered properly on my screen. Probably there is installed some plugin that makes it move to the left. You can try to deactivate plugins one by one to find the one that causes conflict with MotoPress Editor. You can also submit a request and we’ll have a closer look at it.
Best regards,

KeymasterHi Stelios,
Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately there is no option to get description under category name at Category Page and under the menu item. I’ve added both requests to features list. Probably we’ll enable this in one of our further updates.

KeymasterHi Kate,
There is no option to embed video from Wistia to Front Page of Emmet theme. You can play video in Big Title Section only. You can do it using MotoPress Slider(YouTube, Vimeo, self hosted) or as self hosted videos at the background.

KeymasterHi Lorenzo,
We should replicate an issue to fix it so we kindly ask you to provide admin access data and website URL. We need to have a closer look at it.

KeymasterHi Gabriel,
It’s for the first time we get to know about such an issue. I would recommend you to check Permalinks settings. Try to Add New Page using default WordPress editor, name it and publish. Is URL correct?
Could you submit a request providing admin access to your WordPress and website URL. We’ll check that for you.
Best regards,
JohnJ. Davis
KeymasterHi Lorenzo,
Have you already submitted a request? Please do it and specify step by step how to replicate an issue. We’ll check that at your WordPress.

KeymasterHi Michiel,
Currently we recommend to build another slider specially for mobile devices, place it under main slider and set visibility for mobile devices only. Do not forget to hide main slider for mobile screen size.
But we also are working on the next version of slider where you will be able to switch screen modes of a single slider and replace the layers according to screen mode.

KeymasterHi Dionisis,
I confirm that both plugins are compatible with latest WordPress version (4.5.3) but MotoPress Content Editor requires an update. As far as I understand there is installed Lite version of plugin so you should better remove it and install one from WordPress.org.

KeymasterHi Calum,
Seems like you use Cherry Framework Integration addon which adds Cherry Shortcodes and settings to MotoPress. I would recommend you to deactivate it and try working without it. MotoPress should not work in way you described.

KeymasterHi Jonathan,
Please submit a request providing admin login data and refer to this Forum Topic. We’ll test the Features Section for you.

KeymasterHi Jonathan,
I’ve just tested it locally and grid looks properly http://prntscr.com/bsqm0r . Check each Theme-Feature widget and make sure there is ‘4’ set for Desktop and Large Desktop. If it is not helpful I would ask you to submit a request. We’ll check it for you.

KeymasterHi Kate,
There is no option to set more than one author/user for event. You can mention about it in event description. We have added your request to features list. If we get more requests about this option we’ll think about adding it to plugin.

KeymasterHi Stelios,
Thank you for sharing your experience. That’s great you have solved the issue by yourself. Have a nice day.

KeymasterHi Jonathan,
You should set the grid view for each widget and screens dimension (Desktop, tablet and Mobile Phone) manually. Please refer to this topic

KeymasterHi Jonathan,
Now you can add custom styles to style.css file of the Child theme. You can add the following style:.portfolio-list .portfolio-content img { border: 10px solid rgba(68, 70, 150, 0.69); }
You just need to edit border width, type and color if you need.
