    Hello Joeri,

    Try getting rid of the minimum stay rules, as they are not required. If you set up specific days of the week as check-in/check out days, your guests will not be able to check-in/check-out on other days of the week anyway.
    Set Monday (for week season) and Friday (for weekend season) as check-in days and Sunday (for weekend season), Monday (for weekend season) and Friday (for week season) as check-out days.

    If there is still no luck with the desired configuration, submit a request to our Help Desk providing temporary access to WordPress dashboard, so we take a closer look at the issue.

    Thank you for your suggestion, it is much appreciated. We do have such a feature request, however, it has not been quite popular to the date.
    I have added your up-vote to the request as well, in case there are more requests from other users, we might consider this option for future plugin updates.

    I am extremely sorry for such a delay and inconvenience you have faced.
    We have received several more complaints from other users regarding this matter recently, so we have pushed the issue for further investigation.
    Our developers have already found a resolution to the issue and it will be included in the next plugin update, which is expected to be released shortly.

    Try changing Check-in, Check-out, Minimum stay and Maximum stay rules places, so Friday is at the top of Check-in days rule, Monday is at the top of the Check-out days etc.

    I have made a test reservation in Portuguese on your website and received Portuguese confirmation email. Unfortunately, I have not received a link to pay the balance due, could you send it to my email?     I am delighted to let you know that we have just released an update for the Hotel Booking plugin v. 3.9.8 with the possibility to display taxes and fees included in the booking price. Feel free to update the plugin to the latest version, navigate to Bookings ->Taxes & Fees tab and make sure to tick the “Include” option for each tax/fee you would like to be included in the booking total price: https://prnt.sc/16l5pq5.

    What is the accommodation type capacity? Is it 1 adult? If so, you should be able to book 5 accommodations at a time, 1 adult per each accommodation without any issues.
    If the issue persists, get back to me with your website URL and temporary access to WordPress dashboard in a private reply.

    Hello Luis,

    If you are referring to the Accommodation name, you may change it easily under Accommodation ->Accommodations tab – each accommodation is assigned to certain accommodation type and its name is generated automatically according to the Accommodation Type name.

    Hello Olivier,

    You may create your own pages with the desired layout and simply fill them in with Hotel Booking elements (booking form, availability calendar etc.) using shortcodes. You will find the list of all the available shortcodes under Accommodation ->Shortcodes tab.
