    Hello Joël,

You may set the Pay on Arrival payment method in plugin settings and then charge your guests on site in any convenient way.

    Hello there,

According to EU law your Customers should be able to see the price including VAT before they proceed with the payment/checkout. When your guests view your accommodations listing they see that the price will also include some taxes/fees if booking certain accommodation. Once they check availability for specific dates, they will see the price including all the taxes/fees you have chosen to include in the plugin settings, e.g. VAT.
If you check some of the most popular booking platforms, e.g. Booking.com, AirBnB etc. you will find out the same functionality is used by them in regards of displaying prices and fees/taxes.

    Regards,
    Andre

    Hello Andrea,

It might happen that the actual uploads folder path on your server is different to the one the exported file is tried to be imported to. I would recommend that you check the following thread, which may help you to rectify the issue: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/26024097/wordpress-error-upload-folder-is-not-writable-export-and-file-upload-features/55650003.

    Hello Leen,

Thank you for your detailed feedback, it is much appreciated.
I am following your concerns and I hope that the feature will be selected for development in the near future.
As for your specific case, I understand you do not want to have two booking forms, so I would suggest that you add two availability calendars – one for each accommodation type – below the form, so your guests could actually see what dates are available before they search for desired dates in the booking form datepicker.
Hope this option will suit you better.

    Regards,
    Andre

    Hello Maurice,

Thank you for your request, we do have a similar feature request and I have added your up-vote to it. In case there are more requests from other users, we might consider this option in one of the plugin future updates.

    Hello James,

The “View Booking” button included in the Booking Approved email for customers includes basic information about the booking. What information exactly would you like to present to your guests? You may include more information in the booking approved emails by adding more tags from available ones: https://prnt.sc/181pkiq.

    Hello Tero,

The Banner appears to be a static widget, are you trying to have it displayed dynamically via JetEngine or some other widgets?
Kindly provide me with exact steps to replicate the issue you are facing.
