    Hello there,

    You will not need to use HB WooCommerce Payments plugin to sell tickets, as this plugin can be only used to allow using WooCommerce payment gateways for accommodation bookings within Hotel Booking plugin.
    Basically, you will not be able to add accommodation bookings and tickets to the same cart, you will need to sell them separately.

    Hello Martin,

    You have lost changes after plugin update as you performed them directly in plugin files, so you will need to perform them once again. As an option you may back-up edited file and replace the original file with it after each update, until there is a solution.
    I have passed the request for further consideration to our developers, if we receive more similar requests from other users, they might consider allowing such a possibility in one of the plugin future updates.

    Hello Jean,

    In order to be able to integrate payments available in WooCommerce to the Hotel Booking plugin, you should install WooCommerce Payments add-on for Hotel Booking. Apart from this add-on and WooCommerce plugin itself, no other plugins are required. Kindly check the following video on how to set up WooCommerce Payments add-on: https://youtu.be/9R0Jkf2-aww.

    Hello Jain,

    The issue is caused by the fact our account at WordPress.org is temporary suspended. This does not affect our themes or plugins in any way, however, does not allow installing some plugins directly from WordPress.com repository. We have already updated our themes and included plugins in their packages. Kindly activate the theme license under Appearance ->Theme License to be able to update the Booklium theme. Once it is done, you will be able to install plugins easily. If there is still no luck, let me know so I provide you with plugins archives via email to install manually.

    Hello Robert,

    If you use the confirmation “By admin manually” mode, then there is no option to charge your guests the deposit. Once the booking is approved by the admin, the link to pay the full booking price will be sent to a guest.     Hello Michele,

    Our developers are currently working on developing and implementing this feature to the plugin. It takes some time as we are willing to develop a complete feature with different user roles, which can be used by the property owner to delegate responsibilities in a nice manner.
    There is no exact time frame for the feature release, unfortunately, however, I am sure it will be included in the plugin in the near future.
