Woocommerce Payment vs HB Woocommerce Payments

Hi,

The plugin Woocommerce Payment is installed for Woocommerce transactions. For HB, do we also have to install and configure HB Woocommerce Payments? No possible conflict?

Hello Jean,

In order to be able to integrate payments available in WooCommerce to the Hotel Booking plugin, you should install WooCommerce Payments add-on for Hotel Booking. To be more precise, our site does not only book rooms but we also sell tickets for our little ferry to the island when the rooms are located. In order to sell those tickets we use Woocommerce + The Event Ticket + The Event Calendar and for payments we are currently using Woocommerce Payment. So my question is: Since I already use Woocommerce payment, do I need to also install Motopress HB Woocommerce payment plugin? Are they 2 different plugins? Or the current plugin could be recognized and used by HB or else?

Hello there,

You will not need to use HB WooCommerce Payments plugin to sell tickets, as this plugin can be only used to allow using WooCommerce payment gateways for accommodation bookings within Hotel Booking plugin.
Basically, you will not be able to add accommodation bookings and tickets to the same cart, you will need to sell them separately.

he website I’m working on is https://curuxo.com, which is a rural house and wine shop.
The wine shop is functioning properly, but the page where the payment for the rural house accommodation is directed is not working. The payment methods are not available and the buttons are not functioning. The shop is set up with WooCommerce, and the accommodation is managed with Motopress. There are two separate checkout pages. I’m not sure if it’s misconfigured or if the pages were not created correctly. I’ve been facing this issue for several days. I kindly ask for your assistance.
