The Theme and booking plugin are use for a guestroom in France, support is always here, theme is perfect and plugin work great, there are always new featuring.
Documentation are clear, and if you don’t understand something, motopress support is available, with live chat or e-mail, 5 min or 1 day for an answer.

Now i only use motopress plugin and theme for hotel.

We bought the oceanica theme to showcase our property in southern Brazil.

We, however, rent property areas rather than hotel rooms, so a fair bit of customisation had to be conducted. Whilst in that process, MotoPress were very responsive and helpful in helping change CSS styles to adjust the reservation plugin for our needs.

Our site is in Brazilian Portuguese and they were equally helpful in giving us directions on how to adapt wording and URLs.

Lastly, the price was very favourable for the features and design provided.

I’d recommend their services without hesitation.

Hotel Booking - Excellent Product and Support

We are very impressed with the Motopress Hotel plugin /Oceania theme, having reviewed /tried and been disappointed with other booking plugins.

A good hotel booking function is pretty tricky to get right – it must work for different settings from a single unit B&B to a multi property hotel. This plugin is very well designed and covers a majority of the possible situations with lots of options for tailoring. Includes the necessary components like taxes, services, amenities and cancellations. Flexible options for payment gateways. Auto emails to guests and the admin is also a great feature. The plugin is clean and simple, not loaded down with extraneous marginal components that slow response time and invite programming conflicts.

On the all important support side of the equation, these guys have been great both before and after purchase, with clear, helpful, correct and prompt responses to questions. One thing which really helped our purchase decision was the live preview which lets you see exactly how everything works to determine if the product meets your requirements. A live preview is a sign of a product in which the creator has confidence.

This plugin gives your property visitors a booking experience comparable to what they get with a large hotel chain – this is SO important for a hotel or B&B.

I have added import url of external calendar to one my property. When i have done manually sync then booking data from external calendar have been copied to our calendar. But I want this process auto sync. I think this auto sync process can be done using the crone job but issue is that I have no idea which crone job is set to in my host. Or may be i need to do other setting in the plugin. Please help for this

I want the one big calendar for the front site that calendar shows all booking dates of all accommodations.
So in theme there are any “short code” available for it! If it is not, then can give the function name that gives me all booking dates and unavailable dates for all accommodation so using that return data object i can set calendar using these data in website page.
Please give me some hint for this thing.

When any user try to booking accommodation and payment process not completed(Not successful payment) that means those booking payment show as pending amount in booking section.
But problem is that those booking date consider as unavailable in calendar of the accommodation booking detail page that means we can not booking for those date.
That means if any user not pay money for booking however the specific dates will be selected as booking then no other user will book those dates.

  The availability is blocked when a booking is placed, because the system is waiting for a confirmation of the transaction from the payment gateway. The property should not be booked by another user in this period. The booking plugin waits for this confirmation as long as you set it in Accommodation > Settings > Payment Gateways (Pending Payment Time). If no confirmation comes in that period, e.g. when the payment was not completed, the booking automatically changes its status to Abandoned and the dates open booking again.

I have checked this link (https://themes.getmotopress.com/oceanica/accommodation/comfort-triple-room/?#booking-form-164) when we try to make submit reservation booking form then it will go to search availability page.
I think this the wrong thing because after submit reservation form we need to go to booking confirmation page.
For my need, you can check this booking form “https://themes.getmotopress.com/villagio/accommodation/cuvee-hualalai-estate/?#booking-form-44” of Villagio theme. In this booking form, reservation form is submit to booking confirmation form.
So how can i do this same process of booking of Villagio theme to my purchased oceanica theme?

  You should navigate to Dashboard>Accommodation>Settings>find and enable Direct Booking option. This will make the forms of certain accommodation types to check availability without going to search results page.

  Yes, sure. You can rent any other property type instead of default rooms. Thus you will create 2 accommodation types naming them as your 2 apartments with different rates, description etc. And each accommodation type would have 1 accommodation so once it is booked the apartment becomes unavailable.     The plugin is integrated into theme by default. Could you clarify your case more detailed? Probably you tested Hotel Booking plugin on our demo and you received an email offering to purchase the plugin you have tested. However it is not a bill and if you own a theme with plugin included you may ignore that email.
    Unfortunately we could not find any purchase made on our website using current email address.

- Significant revamp of the Direct Bank Transfer method has been made. Bookings made using this method now have a default status of "Pending Payment". You can set a time frame for customers to pay their bookings, and if payment is not received within that timeframe, the booking will automatically become "Abandoned".
