The visitors can add/delete accommodations to their cart on the search results page. To start the booking over from the checkout page, they simply need to leave the checkout page and it will be emptied.

There are no unified standards to sharing booking statuses in ical, so our plugin does not know if something gets cancelled on the connected booking platforms. If it happens, you need to cancel the booking on other platforms manually, too.

The booking forms are supposed to appear on the accommodation type pages by default. Make sure that the option Hide reservation forms and buttons is disabled in Accommodation > Settings. Also the forms may not appear if you haven’t set up the availability. For an accommodation type to be available it needs to have:
1) available physical accommodations in Accommodation > Accommodations;
2) a pricing season for the searched dates (Accommodation > Seasons);
3) an assigned rate for the searched dates (Accommodation > Rates).

It is not possible to bulk edit the accommodation names. You can use the Quick Edit option in Accommodation > Accommodations to change the titles without opening the editor.
It does not matter for our plugin what room number an accommodation has. Creating physical accommodations (Accommodation > Accommodations) is only needed for our plugin to count the availability. When a booking is placed our plugin automatically assigns the first available accommodation of the booked accommodation type. Your customers will only see the accommodation type title and not the title of the booked physical accommodation.Hi Maciej,

The yearly license includes updates and support. Make sure that your license key is active in Accommodation > Settings > License. When it is active, you should start seeing update notifications for the plugin in Dashboard > Updates. If the license is active, but you are not getting the updates, please, contact our support team by submitting a ticket and we will investigate the problem in more details.We would appreciate it if you leave a review regarding your experience with the plugin on its page.

If you have created your accommodation types, but they do not appear in the search results, or if their dates are displayed as crossed out on the website, then they are unavailable. For an accommodation type to be available it needs to have:
1) available physical accommodations in Accommodation > Accommodations;
2) a pricing season for the searched dates (Accommodation > Seasons);
3) an assigned rate for the searched dates (Accommodation > Rates).
If one of these three is not set up, then the plugin does not know the renting period and the price, so such accommodation types are considered unavailable.
If you configure these settings, but the accommodation types are still unavailable, please, submit a ticket and we will assist with a solution.

The order of services and accommodation types can be changed with Intuitive Custom Post Order. Install the plugin and go to the Settings tab > Intuitive CPO. Enable Services and Accommodation types for ordering. This will allow you to drag and drop them in the preferred order in the dashboard. This order will be replicated on the website, too.
The publishing date is the post meta. Depending on your theme, it may be disabled in the settings of the theme. Otherwise, it can be hidden with CSS.Hi Christine,

Now it is possible to add bookings manually in the Bookings tab > All Bookings.

Make sure, that the plugin is updated. Then create your Terms and Conditions page and define it in Accommodation > Settings (Terms and Conditions). The checkbox will appear on the checkout page automatically.
