Add fields to reservation form

Hello, is it possible to add fields to the contact form? I also need to add a check box where the person accepts the terms and conditions of bookings.

Currently you can add text like this at plugin settings instead of Terms and Conditions checkbox:

By filling out this form you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions, understand, and agree with them.

You can link words terms and Conditions with page where all this is described. We’ll also keep your request in mind for future plugin versions. Thank you.

This feature (add a check box where the person accepts the terms and conditions of bookings) is needed by me as well.

I consider it as a necessity in our industry to cover our selves if anything goes wrong. It acts like a signature to the T&C’s rather than a comment in the email.

We are happy to announce that the MotoPress Hotel Booking plugin now meets the GDPR requirements. With the latest update (2.7.0), you can add the GDPR checkbox on the checkout page.
Make sure, that the plugin is updated. Then create your Terms and Conditions page and define it in Accommodation > Settings (Terms and Conditions). The checkbox will appear on the checkout page automatically.

So, is there any way to add one or more fields in guest information form?
Apart of guest name, surename and phone we would like to ad credit card field where guest should live his credit or debit card details.

Hello Mario,

There is not an option to add custom fields on the checkout page. Moreover it is not secure way to get credit card details. We’d recommend to use conformation mode ‘by admin manually’ to request this information in private conversation.
Or you may search for such payment gateway within WooCommerce addons and integrate into Hotel Booking plugin using our HB WooCommerce payments addon.
