Thank you for reaching us out. I’ve checked Polylang settings and could not find a way to select translated accommodation type for translated rate. When I try to do this it changes accommodation type even for source (default) language. usually there should be available a translated rate for translated accommodation type and search results should show proper page then.

Actually Hotel Booking plugin has been tested with WPML plugins only and we confirm its 100% compatibility https://wpml.org/plugin/motopress/ Thus we recommend to use WPML for translating your content.

The styles of form depends on the theme design. In case you want to change something in theme layout you need to add custom styles to your theme. For example you can inspect form classes using browser Inspector tool and apply different CSS rules to position form horizontally.

Thank you for your question. The following option ‘Country of residence field is required for reservation’ gives possibility to add Country of residence form when ‘Full address forms are disabled.
Thus you can leave Country of residence box when other full address fields are hidden/disabled.

– License tab is available in plugin settings if plugin was purchased separately. As far as I can see you purchased Oceanica theme so you should activate theme license to get update either for theme and for plugin. Yu can find it in your Dashboard>Appearance>License

– As for your other question so it looks strange that enabled gateway is not available in selector. Could you email us with this?

Hi Chris,

I guess that confirmation mode – by admin manually will meet your requirements. It works in this way:

-your guest makes a reservation
-you get Pending Booking
-your customer gets automatic email with your further instructions
-once your guest follow your instructions you change status of booking to Confirmed.
