Sandbox export error: mysqldump utility is missing

Hi. While attempting to export a sandbox, I receive the following error message: Database cannot be exported because mysqldump utility is missing.

I checked with my web host to confirm that mysqldump utility is available and installed.

Any suggestsions?

Hello Chuck,

I’ve made some research and found that it might happen when there is no /bin folder defined for exports in your database. Please try to contact your hosting provider with this and ask them to indicate path for exports.
