Booking Confirmation

    Newbie here. Can’t find any documentation on the 3 booking confirmation options and how they work.

    Some kind of flow chart would be good.

    Is there a possibility or planned change that a guest can enter their payment details, confirmation then sent to me and then I have 24 HRs to confirm the booking after vetting the guest which triggers the actual payment. I think Airbnb/homeaway work like this for manual bookings.

    Hope you understand what I mean.

    Hi Chris,

    I guess that confirmation mode – by admin manually will meet your requirements. It works in this way:

    -your guest makes a reservation
    -you get Pending Booking
    -your customer gets automatic email with your further instructions
    -once your guest follow your instructions you change status of booking to Confirmed.
