    Hi Emile,
I’m sorry but I’m not sure I get the question correctly. Could you please clarify it in more detail by providing screenshots or examples? Thanks.

    Hi Hong,
Could you please specify the version of the Hotel Booking plugin that you use on your site?

    Hi Ert,

    Thanks for your question.

[mphb_availability_search] – is a shortcode for a common search that allows you to check the availability of all accommodation types. It shows unavailable dates when no accommodation types are available. If at least 1 accommodation is available on a specific date it will be displayed as available.

You can use [mphb_availability id=”777″] to add the availability of a specific accommodation type. I advise you also enable Skip Search Results options at Accommodation > Settings. It will display the available and unavailable dates of a specific property. You will need to replace 777 with the ID of the accommodation type.

When the skip search results option is enabled and you have [mphb_availability_calendar id=”777″] and [mphb_availability id=”777″] on the same page, then the dates in the availability calendar can be selected.

You can learn more by reading the following article https://support.motopress.com/hc/en-us/articles/360059658412

Let me know if it is helpful or if you have any additional questions.

in reply to: Custom usernames + passwords @ checkout #1701566

    Hi Giuseppe,
You can add this notice to the email template with the account login and password. The customer can create a new password in the ‘Account’ tab after the login.

in reply to: Empty ical reservations from airbnb link #1701559

    Hi Monika,
The link you mentioned https://www.airbnb.pl/calendar/ical/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.ics?s=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is not from our plugin but from Airbnb. It stores the bookings and closed dates from the Airbnb calendar. By adding it to the plugin settings you let the plugin import the bookings and closed dates from Airbnb to your site. Thus, you need to check your Airbnb calendar and availability settings to find out why those dates are available in their ical file. Perhaps it is a booking window or other availability configuration. You may try contacting Airbnb support to learn more about the calendar and export ical URL.

in reply to: Add Notification about External Calendar Failed Sync… #1701556

    Hi Paul,
Thanks for your question. Unfortunately, there is no such option or workaround to add a notification about the failed import of the reservation in the Hotel Booking plugin. We recommend you check the synchronization logs sometimes to see the conflicting bookings beforehand.

in reply to: Add separator between bookings on back-end calendar #1701550

Hi Didier, You can use custom CSS to change the style of the check-in and check-out date of the existing reservation in the calendar on the front end. Thus it is possible to separate bookings visually.

in reply to: Adding to Elementor site #1701545

    Hi Anzie,
You can add the calendar using a shortcode [event_calendar] as per the documentation https://motopress.com/document/events-calendar-plugin-display-schedule/#Use_a_shortcode As you can see you can adjust settings by using shortcode parameters for now.
We will add the Events Calendar widget to the Elementor in one of the next versions.

in reply to: how to insert multy currency in Elementor #1701525

You can add the switcher to any menu via the settings of the add-on. Please check the documentation https://motopress.com/document/hotel-booking-multi-currency/

    Hi Daniel,
Thanks for sorting this out on your own and for the described solution.

in reply to: Bookings “Customers” and Woocommerce “Customers” #1698523

    Hi Georges,
The Hotel Booking plugin is a base plugin and does not require WooCommerce by default. If you use the HB WooCommerce Payments add-on to let the guests pay for reservations by other payment gateways you still use it as a payment gateway, so all customer information is stored in Hotel Booking’s Customers and can not be merged with WooCommerce.
Let me know if I understand your question correctly or if you have any additional questions.
