Hello Hevilat,
Bookings are not actually added to cart, only the “reservation” product itself, which is used to allow using WooCommerce payment gateways. Although the Hotel Booking plugin allows multi-booking, there is no cart functionality in the plugin and you are unable to remove specific accommodation types from your reservation, even using WooCommerce cart.

AndreAndre FloresModeratorHello John,
There are no specific server requirements, some servers do not allow certain file types to be managed, so you may need to contact your hosting provider in order to make sure PDF file type is accepted.

AndreAndre FloresModeratorHello Sebastian,
Try deactivating those WooCommerce PDF plugins as well as other additional active plugins, they may cause conflicts with Hotel Booking PDF Invoices.

AndreAndre FloresModeratorHello Hevilat,
I am not quite sure why you need to remove the reservation from cart, could you kindly clarify? In order to have the WooCommerce Payments working properly you should have a product price set above zero. The guest will not be actually charged for that product as it is only used to be able to proceed to WooCommerce payment gateway after the booking is made.

In this case you may disable sending out automatic e-mails with the balance due to your Guests and control the process manually – you may do that under Accommodation ->Extensions ->Payment Request tab: https://prnt.sc/v9xzjw. Simply set the User Pays option to “Deposit” under Accommodation ->Settings tab and allow your Guests paying the remaining amount on arrival. For those, who you want to pay online, you may send payment request manually directly from the booking page: https://prnt.sc/v9y10a.

AndreAndre FloresModeratorHello Sebastian,
I have checked the “Generate Invoice” option and was able to get valid PDF file opened in a browser tab. I suggest that the issue may be caused by your server configuration, have you tried uploading any PDF file to your library and opening it in a browser tab? Does it work fine?
It may happen that the PDF file type is not supported due to your server-specific configuration. If this is not the case, kindly submit your request to our Help Desk providing a temporary access to WordPress dashboard, so we take a closer look at the issue.Regards,
AndreAndre FloresModeratorHello James,
Thank you for sharing your experience, it is much appreciated. It is really great that you have been able to implement such a feature, it has been requested by some Hotel Booking users recently. We also do have this feature request in mind and consider it for future plugin updates.

AndreAndre FloresModeratorHello Karl,
There should be no issues with the Hotel Booking and Stripe integration since Stripe is used by multiple users without any issues.

AndreAndre FloresModeratorHello Maria,
You may add a shortcode to any template file, e.g.:
echo do_shortcode( '[mphb_services ids="26,31,35,40"]' );
For more information refer to this thread.

AndreAndre FloresModeratorHello Hevilat!
Please note that there is no functionality for multiple currencies in the Hotel Booking plugin by default. We do have such a feature request though and I have added your up-vote to it as well. In case there are more similar requests from other users, we will consider adding this feature to one of the plugin future updates.
As for the WOOCS – WooCommerce Currency Switcher plugin, it can be used for WooCommerce products only, it can not be applied to accommodations themselves. I am afraid I can not recommend this plugin to achieve what you need.Regards,
AndreOctober 28, 2020 at 8:46 am in reply to: Pending Payment Time / Woocommerce Payment Integration #1022537Andre FloresModeratorHello, Daniel!
That is correct, the status is “Pending Admin” in case of using offline payments via WooCommerce Payments only. If using in-built offline payments, the status is usually “Confirmed” – this is the reason both Admin and Customer get “Confirmed booking e-mail”. When using Direct Bank Transfer, I would recommend to include a note to your Guests about the order automatic cancellation in case of not receiving payment within specific amount of time – you may add this note to the payment instructions within the payment gateway.

AndreAndre FloresModeratorHello Maria,
You may use the [mphb_services] shortcode for this purpose, specifying exact services ID’s in it, so specific services are displayed on the page only, e.g.: [mphb_services ids=”26,31,35,40″]: https://prnt.sc/v8hb9p. You may get the service ID by hovering the service under Accommodation ->Services tab: https://prnt.sc/v8hc9o.
