How can I create a booking rule that says a booking must occur at least 4 days in the future and no more than 6 months in advance? In other words, a calendar is always blocked for the next 4 days no matter when the guest views it.

Unfortunately, there is no such option in the plugin at the moment. However, our developers are currently working on implementing the Booking Window feature to the plugin and it should be released soon – I believe this will be exactly what you are looking for.
